TOOLMAKING

GERMANIA-WERK has departments for tool design, tool construction and toolmaking of its own.

The complete transfer and processing of all data from the customer's drawing onto our CAD/CAM computer system is an understood prerequisite for us to guarantee optimum and defect-free toolmaking processes and time cycles.

The most important processes for the design of follow-on composite tools and punch-bending tools are supported by special software, for example the calculation of the contact volume, tractrix presentation, automatic circuit board printing and kinematical simulation.

Toolmaking:

Application of future-oriented toolmaking technologies
Equipped with CNC milling and electrical discharge machines as well as profile grinding machines
EDM wire-cut, sinking and drilling services

The toolmaking processes are monitored with flowcharts.
