Our company employs a highly motivated and experienced team of 80 staff members. Another 40 staff members are employed at our affiliated company Neunkirchner Präzisionsfeder - Werk (abbreviated
NPW) near Nuremberg.
As early as in the technical development stage we offer our technical support to our customers to enable us to deliver products of highest quality at low prices. For precision parts we can help to implement the desired solution within a short time using FMEA (failure mode and effects analysis) and Six Sigma tools.
Our corporate principle: "The customers' needs and satisfaction are the highest priority for the work of every GERMANIA-WERK and NPW employee."
This implies for us to implement the permanently growing demands on quality, to meet delivery deadlines, to be fast and flexible and to stay in close contact with our customers.
