We support our customers as early as in the development phase of a new product. We therefore request that you enquire in time to enable us to integrate aspects of manufacturable construction and technological feasibility from our experiences into your products at an early stage.

We manufacture sample parts and pilot lot series for you. For this purpose the circuit boards are manufactured using etching, laser or water-jet technologies. In most cases EDM pre-cut parts or a combination tool designed for small quantities are the most cost-efficient solution.

The necessary forming processes are implemented with general-purpose tools. This production method allows changes at short notice and low cost.

Laser welding and spot welding connections, adhesive, rivet and other connections can be implemented.

Tape and band material from non-alloy carbon steel according to the German standard DIN 17222,
Rust-resistant steel according to DIN 17224
Copper alloys according to DIN 17670
Hardenable copper alloys, such as beryllium copper
Aluminium materials
And special materials upon customer's request
